APPROVING PARCEL MAP OF PROPERI'Y IDCATED Nr STEILING ROAD
AND KIm'IIN IANE; DEVElDPER, BRUCE 1. AND DEOORAH C. OONFIEID;
AU'IHORIZING EXEa1I'ION OF IMPROV:EMEm' AGREEMENT; AU'IHORIZING
SIGNING OF PARCEL MAP
WHEREAS, there has been presented to the City Council for appro<1al of
the parcel l1'a.p and içrovernent plans of property located at stelling Road
and Kllwin Lane by Bruce 1. and Deborah C. Bonfield; and
WHEREAS, there has been presented to the City Council a proposed
agreement for the construction of streets, curbs, and gutters, and for
other :improvements, and good and sufficient bonds (letter of credit),
fees, and deposits as set forth in Exhibit ""A having been presented for
the faithful perfonnance of said work and the carrying out of said
agreement; and said l1'a.p, agreement and bonds having been approved by the
city Attorney;

a. Said parcell1'a.p and içrovernent plans herein referred to are
hereby approved.
b. '!he offer of dedication for street areas and all easements are
hereby accepted.
c. '!he city Engineer is hereby authorized to sign said :improvement
plans.
d. '!he city Engineer and the city Clerk are hereby authorized to
sign said parcell1'a.p and have it recorded.
e. '!he Mayor and the city Clerk are hereby authorized to execute the
agreement herein referred to.

City of CUpertino this 19th day of September , 1988, by the
