APPROVING DIPROVEMENT PIAN FOR PROPERI'Y IDCATED ON MIRAM:)Nl'E ROAD;
DEVEIDPER, H. W. & ASSOCIATES INVES'IMENT <n1PANY; AUTHORIZmG THE
CITY ENGINEER TO SIGN '!HE DIPROVEMENT PIAN; AND AUTHORIZmG
EXEaJI'ION OF AGREEMENl' m OONNECI'ION THEREWITH
WHERlIS, there has been presented to the city Council for appro<1al of
the iJI1provement plan for the iJI1provement of property located on Miramonte
Raod; and
WHEREAS, there has been presented to the city Council a proposed
agreement for the construction of streets, cw:i:Js, gutters and sidewalks
and for other inprovements, and good an sufficient bonds, fees and
deposits as set forth in Exhibit "A" having been presented for the
faithful perfo:rmance of said work and the carrying out of said agreement;
and said plan, agreement, and bonds having been approved by the City
Attorney;
NOO, 'IHEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that said inprovement plan for property
located on Miram:mte Read be and the same is, hereby, appro<1ed; and the
City Engineer is hereby authorized to sign said final plan; and the Mayor
and the City Clerk are hereby authorized to execute the agreement herein
referred to in behalf of the City of CUpertino.
PASSED AND ADOPI'ED at a regular meeting of the City Council of the
City of CUpertino this 19th day of September , 1988, by the
