WHEREAS, H. W. & Associates Investment CC:aI'pany, Grantor, has executed
a Grant of Easement, which is in good and sufficient fo:m conveying to the
City of CUpertino, Grantee, an easement for public service purposes OI/er
the property situate in the city of CUpertino, County of santa Clara,
state of California, !!lOre particularly described in Exhibit "A" and
Exhibit "B", attached hereto and l1'a.de a part hereof.
All that certain real property situate in the City of CUpertino,
County of Santa Clara, State of California, consisting of approxi-
l1'a.tely 2289.87± sq. ft., located on MiraI!IOnte Road.
NOO, 'IHEREroRE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City of CUpertino accept said
Grant so tendered; and
IT IS FURI'HER RESOLVED that the City Clerk is hereby authorized to
record said Grant of Easement and this Resolution.
PASSED AND AOOPI'ED at a regular meeting of the city Council of the
City of CUpertino this 19th day of SeDtember , 1988, by the

LEGAL DESCRIPTION
All that real property situated in the City of Cupertino, County of
Santa Clara, State of California and being a Public Service Easement
of the uniform width of 10 feet, the northerly line being contiguous
with the southerly line of Miramonte Road, on, øver, under and across
a portion of lots 48 and 49 as said lots were created in that certain
resolution 67042 by the City Council of the City of Cupertino,
recorded December IS, 1986 in Book J 981, Page 530, Santa Clara County
Records and being more particularly described as follows:
Beginning at a point in the southerly line of said Miramonte Road and
being the most southeasterly corner of lot 48 and being the True Point
of Beginning of this description,
Thence along a line parallel to and 20 feet distant from the
centerline of said Miramonte Road, North 39°12'11" West, 230.63 feet
to a point in the southerly line of Stevens Canyon Road;
Thence abong a non tangent curve to the left with a radial bearing of
South 56 29128" East, concentric to and 30 feet distant from the
csnterline of said Stevens Canyon Road and through a central angle of
2 37'43", with a radius of 230.00 feet, for an arc length of 10.55
feet;
Thence along a line parallel to and 10 feet distant from said
southerly line of said Miramonte Road, South 3g012'11" East, 227.26
feet to a point in the dividing line of lots 48 and 52A;
Thence along said line, North 50047'49" East, 10.00 feet, to the True
Point of Beginning.
Containing 2289.87 + Square Feet
