WHEREAS, H. W. & Associates InvesbtIent Cc:8rpany has executed a
"Quitclaim Deed and Authorization", which is in good and sufficient fo:m,
quitclaiJuin] all their rights in and authorizing the City of CUpertino,
County of Santa Clara, State of California, to extract water from the
underground basin" underlying that certain real property situate in the
City of CUpertino, 1IDre particularly described in the attached Exhibit "A"
and Exhibit "B", as follows:
All that certain real property situate in the city of
CUpertino, County of Santa Clara, State of California,
as shown and delineated on that certain l1'a.p filed in the
office of the County Recorder of the County of Santa
Clara on the 11th day of April, 1917, in Book P of
Maps at Page 16, Lots 50, 49, and a portion of 48.
NOO, ~U.L<t;, BE IT RESOLVED, that the City of CUpertino accept said
"Quitclaim Deed and Authorization" so tendered; and
IT IS FURI'HER RESOLVED that the City Clerk be and she is hereby
authorized to record said "Quitclaim Deed and Authorization" and this
Resolution.
PASSED AND AOOPI'ED at a regular meeting of the City Council of the

All of Lot 49 as created in that certain resolution 67072 by the
City Council of the City of Cupertino recorded December 30, 1986
in Book J981, Page 530, Official Records and being more
particularly described as follows:
Being a portion of Lots 49 and 50 as said lots are shown upon
that certain Map entitled "9th Addition, Monte Vista" filed for
record on April 11, 1917 in Volume P of Maps, Page 16, Santa
Clara County Records, described as follows:.
Beginning at the Easterly corner of said Lot 52A as said Lot is
shown upon said Map, said point of beginning also being in the
Southwesterly line of Miramonte Road;
Thence from said point of begiøning, along said Southwesterly
line of Miramonte Road, North 39 12'11" West, 200.00 feet to the
true point of beginning;
Thence csntinuing along said Southwesterly line of Miramonte Road
