OF SUBDIVISION MAP ACr AS AMENDED JANUARY 1, 1987, PROPERI'Y
LOCATED ON NORIHWFSl' CX>RNER OF C'ARMEN ROAD AND JANICE AVENUE
WHEREAS, there has been submitted to the staff a lot line adjustment
between IDt:s 67-68 and IDt:s 56-57 of property located on the northwest
comer of Carmen Read and Janice Avenue described in attached Exhibits "A"
and "B"; and
WHEREAS, the city staff has reviewed the adjustment to see if a parcel
l1'a.p is required; and
WHEREAS, in accordance with Section 66412 (d) of the subdivision Map
Act this adjustment l1'a.y be l1'a.de without filing a parcel l1'a.p;
NOO, ~Ul<JS, BE IT RESOLVED that the city Council of the city of
CUpertino hereby a¡:proves the aforementioned lot line adjustment and
exenpts it from the requirements of the parcell1'a.p.
PASSED AND ADOPI'ED at a regular meeting of the City Council of the
City of CUpertino this 19th day of September , 1988, by the

Santa Clara, State of California, being a portion of Sections 56 and 57 as
said sections are shown on the Map of Inspiration Point, Manta Vista, filed
in Book "P" of Maps at page 18, Santa Clara County Records, des=ibed as
follows:
Beginning at the intersection of the westerly line of Canœn Road with the
CœJIK)n Line between said Section 56 and Section 68 as shown on said Map;
Thence along said Carm:>n Line and its westerly prolongation 120.24 feet;
thence northerly and parallel with said westerly line of Canœn Road 9.41
feet; thence easterly"and parallel with said Carm:>n Line 120.24 feet to said
westerly line of Carmen Road; thence along said line 9.41 feet to the Point
of Beginning.
