IDCATED ON SOUIHWEST CORNER OF BIANEY AVENUE AND roREST AVENUE
WHEREAS, there has been sul:lnitted to the staff a lot line adjus'bnent
between Lots 1, 3, and 4 of Tract 7675 of property located on the
southwest comer of Blaney Avenue and Forest Avenue and the Singer
property to the southeast described in attached Exhibits "A" and "B"; and
WHEREAS, the city staff has reviewed the adjus'bnent to see if a parcel
l1'a.p is required; and
WHEREAS, in accordance with section 66412(d) of the subdivision Map
Act this adjusbllent l1'a.y be l1'a.de without filing a parcell1'a.p;
NOO, 'lHEREroRE, BE IT RESOLVED that the city Council of the City of
CUpertino hereby approves the aforementioned lot line adjusbllent and
exempts it from the requirements of the parcell1'a.p.
