RESOLVED by the city Council of the city of CUpertino, California,
that OJan;Je Order No. 1 for change to work which has been approved by the
Director of Public Works and this day presented to this Council, be, and
it is hereby approved in conjunction with the project known as
TRAFFIC SIGNAL M:>DIFICATION AND ::;'!~'!' IMPROVEMENTS
PRUNERIIX;E AVENUE AND mLFE ROAD, PROJECT 4024
BE IT FORIHER RESOLVED that funds are available and no further
appropriation is 1'1eCeEsary.
