17. Request rrom the Cupertino Union School District (CUSD) to amend the eligibility
requirements for the Below Market Rate (BMR) program to give CUSD teachers a point
for working within the City of Cupertino limits, regardless of the city they are working in,
as long as they are employed by CUSD. (Continued rrom May 2).

The project is located on Stevens Creek Blvd. @ Finch Avenue, APN Nos. 316-20-074,
316-20-078, 316-20-079, and 316-20-085. The petitioner is Keith Murphv. Resolution

a) Use Permit for mixed-use development consisting of approximately 115,600
