WHEREAS, the City staff has reviewed the adjusbnent to see if a parcel

WHEREAS, in accordance with Section 66412 (d) of the SUbdivision Map
Act this adjusbnent may be made without filirç a parcel map;
NCM, 'IHEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the city Council of the City of
