Subject: Inspection for exterior shear wall nailing * structural observation
Dear Stanley
At your request, we have made a shear wall nailing inspection for the project
mentioned above on 9/23/2025.
To the best of our knowledge and based on our observations through the
accessible areas, the framing work for the lot mentioned above, including the
exterior shear wall nailing and shear transfer paths were in general conformance
with the city approved plans and details, dated on G/ 1 1/2025
We also did the structural observation for the roof sheathing and nailing, framing
members, studs, posts and hardwares between the wood framing members.
The interior shear wall plywood and nailing were not installed yet.
