That said mailing list has been provided by the Santa Clara County Department of Agriculture and lists the owners of property who are entitled to Notice of Hearing. That on said day, there was a regular communication by Unites States mail between Cupertino, California and the addresses shown on the attached mailing list. APPLICATION NO(S): M-2024-003 & ASA-2024-003 APPLICANT(S): Cascade Zak (Related California) LOCATION: 21267 Stevens Creek Boulevard (A.P.N.: 326 27 048) DESCRIPTION: Development Permit Modification and Architectural & Site Approval to modify the previously approved Westport Project including, but not limited to, dwelling count and ground floor retail, and Park Land Dedication Fees The Planning Commission considered this item at its regular meeting on April 22, 2025, and with a 5-0 vote adopted Resolution No. 2025- 006 recommending adoption of an addendum to the EIR and approval of the development permit amendment (M-2024-003) and adopted Resolution No. 25-005 recommending approval of the architectural and site approval permit (ASA-2024-003). An addendum to the Final EIR (State Clearinghouse 2019070377) was prepared under CEQA Guidelines section 15164.
