WATER RIGRl'S FRCM RAE IANE ASSOCIATFS, LOCATED ON RAE IANE
WHEREAS, Rae Lane Associates has execute::l a "Quitclaim Deed and
Authorization" , which is in good an:l sufficient form, quitclaiming all its
rights in an:l authorizing the City of CUpertino, County of santa Clara,
state of California, to extract water fran the uOOerground basin,
tmderlying that certain real property situate in the city of CUpertino,
more particularly described in the attached Exhibit "A" an:l Exhibit "B" as
follows:
All that certain real property situate in the City of
CUpertino, County of santa Clara, state of California,
as shown an:l delineated on the attached plat an:l description.

all that certain real property situate in the City of Cupertino, County of
Santa Clara, State of California, described as follows:
Beginning at the rrost westerly corner of that certain parcel of land conveyed
by Duncan S. McRae, et UX, to W. O. Furtwengler, et UX, by deed dated April 2,
1954 and recorded May 18, 1954 in Book 2875 of Official Records at page 35l,
Santa Clara County Records; thence running along the northwesterly line of
said parcel of land N 47°18'50" E 146.84 feet; thence leaving said line and
running at right angles S 42°41'10" E for a distance of l65.50 feet; thence
parallel with the northwesterly line of said parcel of land so conveyed to
Furtwengler S 47°18'50" W 115.69 feet to a point in the southwesterly line of
said parcel of land; thence along said southwesterly line N 6l020'00" W 59.36
feet, N 52°55'00" W 66.00 feet, and N 43°15'40" W 44.31 feet to the POINr OF
BEGINNING
