and being a portion of Lot 26, as said lot is shown on the map for Manta
Vista Park as recorded in Book "P" of Maps at Page 19, Santa Clara County
Records and more particularly described as follows:
Beginning at the intersection of the easterly line of Scenic Blvd. and the
southerly line of the aforementioned Lot 26 as shown on the above mentioned
