RESOLUTION NO. 7788
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CUPERTINO
ACCEPTING A GRANT OF EASEMENT FOR SIDEWALK PURPOSES
FROM ALFRED J. CALI, TRUSTEE OF THE CALI REVOCABLE
TRUST, DATED APRIL 19, 1983, AND EDWARD S. J. CALI
TRUSTEE OF THE EDWARD S. J. CALI 1972 TRUST, DATED
JUNE 20, 1972; APPROXIMATELY 0.0135 ACRE
WHEREAS, Alfred J. Cali and Edward S. J. Cali have executed a Grant
of Easement which is in good and sufficient form conveying to the City
of Cupertino, Grantee, and easement for sidewalk purposes over the property
situate in the City of Cupertino, County of Santa Clara, State of California,
more particularly described in Exhibit "A" and Exhibit "B", attached hereto
and made a part hereof:
All that certain real property situate in the City of Cupertino,
County of Santa Clara, State of California, consisting of approxi-
mately 0.0135 acre, located along the northwest corner of De Anza
Boulevard and McClellan Road.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City of Cupertino accept said
Grant so tendered; and
IT IS FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Clerk is hereby authorized to
record said Grant of Easement and this Resolution.

LEGAL DESCRIPTION
All that certain strip of land 8 feet wide lying entirely within the
City of Cupertino, County of Santa Clara, State of California, more
particularly described as follows:
Being a portion of that certain 0.512 acre net parcel of land
as shown on that certain Map entitled "Record of Survey of a
Portion of the S.W. 1/4 of Section 13 T7S. R2W, M.D.B. & M.
for HlDnble Oil Co." recorded June 9, 1965 in Book 195 of Maps
at page 37 Official Records Santa Clara County;
C~~NCING at the most Northeast corner of said 0.512 net acre
parcel, said point also being on a line parallel with and distant
60.00 feet Westerly measured at right angles from the centerline
of De Anza Boulevard (formerly Sunnyvale-Saratoga Road);
Thence Westerly' along ,the Northerly line of said 0.512 net acre
parcel South 89-57~23'West, 3.00 feet to a point on a line parallel
with and distant 63.00 feet Westerly measured at right angles
from said centerline of De Anza Boulevard; said point being the
TRUE POINT OF BEGINNING of the easement being described;
Thence Southerly along said parallel line South 00-01-00 East
61.97 Feet to a point;
Thence along a tangent curve to the right having a radius of
22.00 feet through a central angle of 47-24-22 an arc distance
of 18.20 feet to a point;
Thence South 47-23-22 West 1.21 feet to a point on a line parallel
with and distant 71.00 feet Westerly measured at right angles
from said centerline of De Anza Boulevard;
Thence Northerly along said parallel line North 00-01-00 West
78.98 Feet to a point on the Northerly line of said 0.512 net
acre parcel;
Thence Easterly along said Northerly line North 89-57-23 East
8.00 feet to the TRUE POINT OF BEGINNING.
Containing 0.0135 acres, more or less.
