RESOLUTION NO. 7789
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CUPERTINO
ACCEPTING A GRANT OF EASEMENT FOR SIDEWALK PURPOSES
FROM EDWARD S. J. CALI, TRUSTEE OF THE EDWARD S. J. CALI
1972 TRUST, DATED JUNE 20, 1972; LOCATED AT THE
NORTHWEST CORNER OF DE ANZA BOULEVARD AND MCCLELLAN ROAD;
APPROXIMATELY 0.0049 ACRE
WHEREAS, Edward S. J. Cali, Grantor has executed a Grant of Easement
which is in good and sufficient form, conveying to the City of Cupertino,
Grantee, and easement for sidewalk purposes over the property situate in
the City of Cupertino, County of Santa Clara, State of California, more
particularly described in Exhibit "A" and Exhibit "B", attached hereto and
made a part hereof:
All that certain real property situate in the City of Cupertino,
County of Santa Clara, State of California, consisting of approxi-
mately 0.0049 acre, located along the northwest corner of De Anza
Boulevard and McClellan Road.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City of Cupertino accept said
Grant so tendered; and
IT IS FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Clerk is hereby authorized to
record said Grant of Easement and this Resolution.

LEGAL DESCRIPTION
All that certain strip of land lying entirely within the City of
Cupertino, County of Santa Clara, State of California, more particularly
described as follows:
Being a portion of that certain 7.117 acre parcel of land known
as Parcel One as shown on that certain "Parcel Map" recorded
July 19, 1973 in Book 326 of Maps at page 53 Official Records
Santa Clara County;
BEGINNING at the most Southeast corner of said Parcel One, said
point also being on a line parallel with and distant 60.00 feet
Westerly measured at right angles from the centerline of De Anza
Boulevard (formerly Saratoga-Sunnyvale Road) as shown on said
Parcel Map;
Thence I~esterly along the Southerly line of said Parcel One
South 89-54-55 West 11.00 feet to a point on a line parallel
with and distant 71.00 feet Westerly measured at right angles
from said centerline of De Anza Boulevard;
Thence Northerly along said parallel line North 00-03-05 West
10.00 feet to a point;
Thence North 28-00-49 East 17.00 feet to a point;
Thence North 89-54-55 East 3.00 feet to a point on a line parallel
with and distant 60.00 feet Westerly measured at right angles from
said centerline of De Anza Boulevard;
Thence Southerly along said parallel line South 00-03-05 East
25.00 feet to the TRUE POI~~ OF BEGINNING.
Containing 0.0049 acres, more or less.
