RESOLUTION NO. 7796
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CUPERTINO
ACCEPTING GRANT OF EASEMENT FOR ROADWAY PURPOSES FROM
JOHN AND DEBORAH DEWITT, CONSISTING OF APPROXIMATELY 0.01
ACRES, LOCATED MCCLELLAN ROAD
WHEREAS, John and Deborah DeWitt have executed a Grant of Easement
for Roadway Purposes which is in good and sufficient form granting to the
City of Cupertino, County of Santa Clara, State of California, easement
over certain real property for roadway purposes, situate in the City of
Cupertino, more particularly described in Exhibit "A" and Exhibit "B",
attached hereto and made a part hereof, which is as follows:
All that certain real property situate in the City of Cupertino,
County of Santa Clara, State of California, consisting of approxi-
mately 0.01 acres on McClellan Road.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the City of Cupertino accept
said grant so tendered; and
IT IS FURTHER RESOLVED, that the City Clerk is hereby authorized to
record said dedication and this Resolution.

All that real property situate in the City of Cupertino, County of
Santa Clara, State of California, described as follows:
Beginning at the most southeast corner of that certain Tract 5586,
entitled, "Ponderosa DeAnza", which map was filed for record in the
Office of the Recorder of the County of Santa Clara, State of
California, on October 21, 1974, in Book 347 of Maps, at pages
47 and 48;
Thence N 00·00' 30"W, 10.00 feet along the easterly boundary of said
Tract 5586;
Thence N 89· 50' 35" E, 62.00 feet, to a point on the easterly
boundary of "Lands of Luiz" as shown on said map;
Thence S 00·00' 30"E, 10.00 feet;
Thence S 89·50' 35"W, 62.00 feet along the northerly sideline of
McClellan Rd. to the Point of Beginning.
