RESOLUTION NO. 7800
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CUPERTINO
APPROVING LOT LINE ADJUSTMENT BETWEEN TWO PARCELS OF LAND
WITHOUT A PARCEL MAP IN ACCORDANCE WITH SECTION 66412(d)
OF SUBDIVISION MAP ACT AS AMENDED JANUARY 1, 1984, PALM
AVENUE, TERRY P. CRAIG
WHEREAS, there has been submitted to the staff a lot line adjustment
between APN 357-3-30 and APN 357-3-54; and more particularly described in the
attached Exhibits "A" and "B", Palm Avenue, Terry P. Craig; and
WHEREAS, the City staff has reviewed the adjustment to see if a parcel
map is required; and
WHEREAS, in accordance with Section 66412(d) of the Subdivision Map Act
this adjustment may be made without filing a parcel map;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of
Cupertino hereby approves the aforementioned lot line adjustment and exempts
it from the requirements of the parcel map.
This resolution shall be recorded at the Office of the County Recorder.

"Map of Inspiration Point M:>nta Vista", recorded April 11, 1917 in Book "P"
of Maps at page 18, Santa Clara County Records, des=ibed as follows:
Beginning at the northwest corner of said Lot 257; thence fran said Point
of Beginning along the northerly line of said Lots 256 and 257 S 89°53'00" E
115.24 feet to a point which bears along said line easterly 15.12 feet fran
the ccmron corner of said Lots 256 and 257: thence parallel with the westerly
line of said Lots 256 and 265 S 0°07'00" W 200.24 feet to the northerly line
of Palm Avenue as shown on said Map; thence along said line N 89°53'00" W

along said line northerly 5.00 feet fran the southerly line of said Lot 257;
