WHEREAS, there has been submitted to the staff a lot line adjustment
between the Kaiser Cement Corporation Property an:1 the Leonard an:1 King
properties; an:1 more particularly described in the attached Exhibits "A"
an:1 "B" by Nolte an:1 Associates; an:1
WHEREAS, the city staff has reviewed the adjustment to see if a parcel
map is required; an:1
WHEREAS, in accordance with Section 66412 (d) of the SUbdivision Map
Act this adjustment may be made without filing a parcel map;
NCM, 'IHEREroRE, BE: IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the city of
CUpertino hereby approves the aforementioned lot line adjustment an:1
exenpts it from the requirements of the parcel map.
This resolution shall be recorded at the Office of the County :Recorder.
