CC Resolution No. 7834 RESOIlJI'ION NO. 7834 A RESOIlJI'ION OF T.HE CITY CXXJNCIL OF '!HE CITY OF aJPERI'INO EJcr'ENDING '!HE EXISTING TRAFFIC SIGNAL MAINTENANCE OJNTRAcr AND APPROVING INCREASES IN CERI'AIN RATES WHEREAS, the existing Traffic Signal Maintenance contract provides for extensions of one year each with concurrence of the contractor, an:1 WHEREAS, the contractor has agreed to extend the contract for signal maintenance; an:1 WHEREAS, the contract provides for rate increase when the consumer price imex at San Francisco increases, an:1 WHEREAS, it has been established that an increase of 5.7% occurred between March, 1988 an:1 March, 1989. NOW, THEREFORE, BE: IT RESOLVED that the city agrees that the rate shall be increased to those shown on the attached document marked Exhibit "A".
