certain real property for roadway purposes, situate in the city of

DEDICATION FOR ROADWAY PURPOSES
DESCRIPTION
A portion of that certain real property situate in the City of
Cupertino, Santa Clara County California, being Lot 28 and 29, Block
1, Map of Monta Vista First Addition, which Map was filed for record
in the office of the Recorder of the County of Santa Clara, State of
California on April 11, 1917 in Book "P" of Maps, at page 23,
described as follows:
Beginning at the most southeasterly corner of said Section 28; thence
southwesterly along the southeasterly boundary line thereof South 69
41' West, 5.0 feet to a point on the said section line;
Thence, northwesterly along a line parallel with and distant 25.0
feet, measured at right angles, northwesterly from the centerline of
Santa Clara Avenue, 50.0 feet more or less to a point on the
northwesterly boundary line of said Section 29;
Thence, northeasterly along the northwesterly boundary line thereof
North 69 41' East, 5.0 feet more or less to a point at the most
northeasterly corner of said Section 29; Also being the most
southwesterly limit of Santa Clara Avenue;
Thence, southeasterly along the northeasterly Section lines North 20
19' West, 50.0 feet more or less to a Point of Beginning.
