WHEREAS, the City Council as a part of the c::cmq;>reh.ensive General Plan
study, has reviewed the recammen:Jations of the Planning Commission an:1 has
held a public hearing; an:1
WHEREAS, the City Council has concluded its deliberation relative to
the General Plan Amen:ht1ent.
NCM, 'lHEREFORE BE: IT RESOLVED:
1. That the City Council hereby adopts an amerximent to the General
Plan as set forth in Exhibit A attached hereto an:1 made a part hereof.
2. That the City Council hereby authorizes the Mayor to erxiorse said
adoption.

City of CUpertino this 5th day of June, 1989 by the following vote:

which would othezwise be held outside of the City.

are headquartered in the City.

turn would provide fiscal benefits to the City.
