WHEREAS, November 7, 1989 is the date set by law for general election
for three seats on the city ea.mcil ani City measures; an:1
WHERFAS, the City Clerk is enjoined by law to take all steps necessary
for the holding of said election;
NCM, 'IHEREFORE, BE: IT RESOLVED by the City ea.mcil of the City of
CUpertino:
1. '!hat a general m.micipal election is called for NOITember 7, 1989;
2, '!hat the election shall be for the p.u:pose of electing persons to the
