WATER RIGHI'S FRCM JAMES H. SISK; IDCATED ON MIRA VISTA AVENUE
WHEREAS, James H. sisk has executed a "Quitclaim Deed and
Authorization", which is in good and sufficient form, quitclaiming all his
rights in and authorizin) the City of CUpertino, County of santa Clara,
state of California, to extract water frc:øn the underg=un:i basin,
urxlerlyirq that certain real property situate in the City of CUpertino,
more particularly descr:ilied in attached Exhibit "A" and Exhibit"B", as
follows:
All that certain real property situate in the City of CUpertino,
County of santa Clara, state of California, the attached plat and
description.
lUf, ~UlŒ, BE rr RESOLVED that the city of CUpertino accept said
"Quitclaim Deed and Authorization" so terxiered; and
rr IS FURI'HER RESOLVED that the City Clerk be and he is hereby
authorized to record said "Quitclaim Deed and Authorization" and this
Resolution.

record in the office of the Recorder of the County of Santa Clara, State
of California on April 11, 1917 in Book P of Maps, at page 19.

A portion of Section W as shown on that certain Map entitled, "Map of
Monta Vista Park", which Map was filed for record in the office of the
Recorder of the county of Santa Clara, State of California on April 11,
1917 in Book P of Maps, page 19, and being more particularly described as
follows:
BEGINNING at the point of intersection of the Easterly line of Mira
Vista Avenue with the Southerly line of Lot OW" as said Avenue and Lot
are shown upon the Map hereinabove referred to: thence from said point of
beginning along said Easterly line of Mira Vista Avenue N. DO" 07' 00" E.
100.00 feet, more or less, to the Southwesterly corner of that certain
parcel of land described in the Deed dated September 26, 1961 and
recorded September 29, 1961 in Book 5312 of Official Records, page 539,
from Clifford J. Simms, et ux, to Pierre W. Conner, et ux: thence along
the Southerly line of said land so conveyed to Conner S. 89" 53' 00" E.
l78.05 feet, more or less, to a point in the Easterly line of said Lot
OW": thence along said Easterly line of Lot OW" S. 00" 07' 00" W. 100.33
feet, more or less, to the Southeasterly corner thereof: thence along the
