Your organization is invited to attend the March 6th Parks and Recreation Commission meeting at 7 p.m. in the Quinlan Community Center Conference Room. The agenda and meeting details will be sent out at a later date. The Community Funding Grant Program had 15 applications this year, please be prepared for a long evening on Thursday, March 6. Staff has prepared a brief power point slide of information for each organization while presenting, however the specifics of the organization’s funding needs will be important information to share. Organizations will have no more than three minutes to share about their funding request. Please email a copy of your presentation deck no later than Monday, March 3, 2025. The organization’s three minutes should include the following information, Brief explanation of your organization Brief explanation of the project/program/event that was proposed for funding Specific breakdown of what funding will be used for Anything else you were not able to share with us in your application The order of presentations for the March 6th meeting is as follows: New Applicants 1. iTalented 2. West Valley Community Services Following each organization’s presentation, the Commissioners will have an opportunity to ask clarifying questions. Please be prepared to respond to questions about your organization in general and the specifics about your funding request.
