WHEREAS, Terry P. Craig and Jayne E. Craig, his wife, as ccmmunity
property, have executed a Grant of Easement for Roadway 1'lu:}Joses which is
in good and sufficient form grantin] to the City of CUpertino, County of
Santa Clara, state of California, easement over certain real property for
roadway purposes, situate in the City of CUpertino, IOOre particularly
described in Exhibit "A" and Exhibit liB", attached hereto and made a part
hereof, which is as follows:
All that certain real property situate in the City of CUpertino,
County of Santa Clara, state of California, consistin] of
approximately 0.005 acres on Palm Avenue, Parcel 1.
NCM, 'lHEREFoRE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the City of CUpertino accept said
grant so ten1ered; and
IT IS FURlHER RESOLVED, that the City Clerk is hereby authorized to
record said dedication and this Resolution.

the City of Cupertino Resolution No. 7800 which was recorded on May 23.
1989 in Book K960 of Official Records at page 904, Santa Clara County Records.
The above des=ibed easeœent also being the southerly 10.00 feet of the westerly
