EASEMENT DESCRIPTION
All that certain real property situate in the City of Cupertino, County of
Santa Clara, State of California, being an easemant for roadway purposes
described as follows:
Being the southerly 10.00 feet of Parcel 2 as said Parcel is described in
the City of Cupertino Resolution No. 7800 which was recorded on May 23,
1989 in Book K960 of Official Records at page 904, Santa Clara County Records.
The above described easement also being the southerly 10.00 feet of the easterly
4.88 feet of Lot (Section) 264 and the southerly 10.00 feet of the westerly
15.12 feet of Lot (Section) 265 as said Lots are shown on the Map entitled,
"Map of Inspiration Point M::>nta Vista", recorded April 11, 1917 in Book "P"
