All that certain real property situate in the City of Cupertino, County of Santa
Clara, State of California, described as follows:
PARCEL ONE:
Beginning at the most Northerly corner of that certain parcel of land conveyed March
9, 1954 and recorded April IS, 1954 in Book 2854 of Official Records, at Page 169, in
the center line of McClellan Road, 40 feet wide, thence leaving said center line and
running along the Northeasterly boundary line of said premises, S. 42° 31' 10' E.
496.69 feet to a 1/2 inch iron pipe set, and being the True Point of Beginning of
this description; thence continuing along said Northeasterly line S. 42° 31' 10· E.
234.81 feet to a 1 inch iron pipe at an angle point in said Northeasterly line;
thence along the Easterly line of said parcel as conveyed to Mendones. S. 0° 10' 10·
E. 60.06 feet to a 3/4 inch iron pipe in the center line of a 20 foot right of way;
thence along said center line of said right of way, S. 89° 31' 10· W. 160.82 feet to
a 1/2 inch iron pipe set therein; thence leaving said center line of said right of
way and running N. 0° 28' 50· E. 231.79 feet to the True Point of Beginning, and
being a portion of said parcel of land so conveyed to Mendones and situated in
Section 22, Township 7 South, Range 2 West, M.D.B. & M.
