'!hat the followin;J criteria for evaluatin;J the placement of
freestan::lin;J signs :in relation to driveways aro. sidewalks is established:
1. Monument signs shall have a minimum setback from back of sidewalk of
one foot of distance for e:<Jety one foot of sign height.
2. For locations without a sidewalk, a five foot setback from the face of
c:urt> is required in addition to one foot of distance for e:<Jety one
foot of sign height.
