A RESOIDTION OF THE CITY CXJONCIL OF THE CITY OF aJt'J;;!ti'.lÑO
APPROVING PARCEL MAP AND IMPROVEMENT PIANS OF PROPERI'Y
LOCATED AT 10760 RAE lANE; DEVEIDPER; B. S. I:HILIDN;
AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF IMPROVEMENT AGREEMENT; AUIHORIZING
SIGNING OF PARCEL MAP AND IMPROVEMENT PIANS
WHEREAS, there has been presented to the City Council for approval of
the parcel map and improvement plans of property located at 10760 Rae Lane
by B. S. I:hillon; and
WHEREAS, there has been presented to the city Council a proposed
agreement for the construction of streets, curbs, and gutters, and for
other improvements aro. good and sufficient bonds (letter of credit), fees,
and deposits as set forth :in Exhibit "A" having been presented for the
faithful performance of said work and the canyin;J out of said agreement;
aro. said map, agreement, aro. bonds having been approved by the City
Attorney;
NCM, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED '!HAT
a. Said parcel map aro. improvement plans here:in referred to are
hereby approved.
b. The offer of dedication for street areas and all easements is
hereby accepted.
c. The city Eng:ineer is hereby authorized to sign said improvement
plans.
d. The city Eng:ineer and the City Clerk are hereby authorized to
sign said parcel map.
e. The Mayor and the City Clerk are hereby authorized to execute the
agreement here:in referred to.
