WHEREAS, Joseph F. McDonald has executed a Grant of Easement for
Roadway Purposes which is :in good aro. sufficient form grantin;J to the City
of OJpert:ino, County of Santa Clara, State of California, easement over
certa:in real property for roadway purposes, situate :in the city of
cupert:ino, m:>re particularly described :in Exhibit "A" and Exhibit liB",
attached hereto aro. made a part hereof, which is as follows:

County of Santa Clara, state of California, consistin;J of approxilnately

NCM, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED THAT the city of OJpert:ino accept said
grant so tendered; and
IT IS FURIHER RESOLVED, that the city Clerk is hereby authorized to
record said dedication aro. this Resolution.

All of that certain parcel of land situated in the City of
Cupertino, County of Santa Clara, State of California, and being
a portion of Section 25, Township 7 South, Range 2 West, M.D.B.
and M. and more particularly described as follows:
Beginning at a found standard street monument marking the inter-
section of the monument lines of Stelling Road and Prospect Road
as said monument and Roads are shown on that certain Record of
Survey map filed in Book 348 of Maps at Page 52, Records of Santa
Clara County, California, thence ea~terly along the said monument
line of Prospect Road South 860 02' 33" East 115.96 feet to the
northwest corner of Tract 4951 as filed in Book 282 of Maps at
Pages 46 and 47, and also being a Southwest corner of Tract 4254
as filed in Book 222 of Maps at Page 15, Records of said County;
thence leaving said monument line and continuing northerly along
a westerly line of said Tract 4254 North 000 06' 03" West 22.72
feet to the quarter section line between Sections 25 and 26, Town-
ship 7 South, Range 2 West, M.D.B. and M. as said quarter section
line is shown on said Tract 4254 and said Record of Survey; thence
westerly along said quarter section line South 890 25' 48" West
173.38 feet to the northeasterly line of that 80.00 foot right of
way of the Southern Pacific Railroad Company; thence southeasterly
along said northeasterly line from a tangent that bears South
270 31' 24" East along a curve with a radius of 3779.83 feet through
a central angle of 000 09' 35" and an arc length of 10.53 feet to
the said monument line of Prospect Road; thence easterly along said
monument line South 860 02' 33" East 52.98 feet to the point of
beginning.
