WHEREAS, there has been submitted to staff a lot line adjustment
between APN 326-15-98 aro. APN 326-15-126, northeast comer of Foothill
Boulevard aro. 0Jpert:in0 Road, aro. m:>re particularly described:in the
attached Exhibits "A" aro. "B" by SUnny View; aro.
WHEREAS, the City staff has reviewed the adjustment to see if a parcel
map is required; and
WHEREAS, :in accordance with section 66412(d) of the SUbdivision Map
Act, this adjusbnent may be made without filin;J a parcel map;

OJpertino hereby hereby approves the corrected lot line adjustment and
exempts it from the requirements of the parcel map.
