ACTION BY THE CITYENGINEER APPROVING A LOT LINE ADJUSTMENT BETWEEN
TWO ADJACENT PARCELS
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY ENGINEER OF THE CITY OF CUPERTINO:
A request for a lot line adjustment between two parcels located on APN 359-25-049 and
359-25-002 as shown on the attached hereto plat marked Exhibit "A" and legal description
marked Exhibit `B", has been submitted by the record owner(s) of the above property of the City
of Cupertino with the request that an adjustment of lot lines, as described in Exhibit "C", be
approved by the City Engineer.
The City Engineer hereby finds that the lot line removal requested is between two
adjacent parcels, that the land taken from one of the parcels is added to the adjacent parcel and
that a greater number of parcels than originally existed would not be created.
Based on the above facts and findings and by the authority of Section 18.08.040C of the
City of Cupertino Municipal Code and Section #66412d of the Subdivision Map Act, said lot line
adjustment is hereby approved.
