Subject: Re: Draft proclamation for Shin Shin Educational Foundation
Ms. Yuan,
I apologize for the back-and-forth change on the meeting start time. The start time of a
regular council meeting is 6:45pm on the first and third Tuesday of each month. But due to the
Monday holiday, the 1/21 meeting is moved to Wednesday 1/22. However, the start time
should have been kept at 6:45pm as all other regular meetings to be consistent.
We had some internal misunderstanding on this and it has been clarified.
Thus, the start time for the Wednesday 1/22 council meeting would be 6:45pm as all other
regular meetings.
Please advise the city clerk who will be attending the 1/22 meeting to receive the
proclamation and make a presentation or comment.
Regards,
Liang
