WI'lHOOl' A PARCEL MAP IN ACCX)R])ANCE WI'IH SECl'ION 66412 (D)
OF SUBDIVISION MAP N:r AS AMENDED JANUARY 1, 1984,
TRAcr NO. 8098, IDI'S 366 AND 367
WHEREAS, there as been submitted to the staff a lot line adjusbnent
between lots 366 and 367 of Tract No. 8098; and more particularly
described in the attached Exhibits "A" and "B"; and
WHEREAS, the City staff has reviewed the adjusbnent to see if a parcel
map is required; and
WHEREAS, in accordance with section 664l2(d) of the SUbdivision Map
Act this adjusbnent may be made without filing a parcel map;
NaV, '!HE:R&oUl<.l!;, BE IT RESOLVED, that the City Council of the City of
CUpertino hereby approves thee aforementioned lot line adjusbnent and
exempts it fram the requirements of the parcel map.
This resolution shall be recorded at the Office of the County
Recorder .
