overlyiiig laiids iii tlie lot to take from tlie underground basiii within the lot any and all
water which the owner or owners of said overlying lands may be entitled to take for
beneficial use on said Iands and to supply such water to such owner or owners or otliers
as a public utility; provided, however, that nothing contained in this ixistrument sliall be
deemed to authorize GRANTEE to enter upon any of the lot deliiieated upon the above
described legal description or tci arithorize GRANTEE to make any withdrawal of water
which will result iii damage to any building or structure erected ripon tlie lot.
This assignment, conveyance aiid autliorization is made for the beyiefit lot within
the above described legal description and sliall bind tbe owner of tbe lot(s) within tbe
legal description.
