THE GENERAL CONTRACTOR SHALL USE A TREE SERVICE LICENSEE, AS DEFINED BY CALIFORNIA BUSINESS AND PROFESSIONAL CODE, TO PRUNE AND CUT OFF THE BRANCHES THAT MUST BE REMOVED DURING THE GRADING OR CONSTRUCTION. NO BRANCHES OR ROOTS SHALL BE CUT UNLESS AT FIRST REVIEWED BY THE LANDSCAPE ARCHITECT/ARBORIST WITH APPROVAL OF STAFF. 9.
