TELECONFERENCE/PUBLIC PARTICIPATION INFORMATION TO HELP STOP THE
SPREAD OF COVID-19
In accordance with Governor Newsom's Executive Order No-29-20, this will be a
teleconference meeting without a physical location to help stop the spread of COVID-19.
We welcome participation from members of the public during this meeting. To address the

2)You will be asked to enter your name, email address, organization and role. If you wish to
participate in the webinar but do not wish to provide your name, you may enter "Cupertino
Resident" or similar designation. If you do not represent a school, school district, community
organization, municipality, or other partner organization, please enter your city of residence as
your organization and "Resident" as your role or you may leave those fields blank. You will
then be emailed instructions on how to connect to the meeting. Your email address will not be
disclosed to the public.
3) Members of the public will automatically have their audio and video turned off. If you wish
to speak, click on "raise hand." Speakers will be notified shortly before they are called to speak.
Program partners such as designated SR2S parent champions, high school student
representatives, school and district staff liaisons, and community organization representatives
who we work with will receive a separate invitation to join the meeting as a panelist. Panelists
have the ability to turn on their audio and video. If you would like to partner with Cupertino
Safe Routes to School, please email Cherie Walkowiak at SafeRoutes@Cupertino.org at least
two days before the meeting to request a panelist invitation. Requests to join as a panelist will
be granted on a case by case basis,based on the alignment between requester's goal for joining
the meeting and the Safe Routes to School mission.
