A RESOIIJI'ION OF THE CITY CXJUNCIL OF THE CITY OF OJt'=.!'INO
APPROVING THE PARCEL MAP OF PROPERlY LOCATED ON MCCIELIAN
ROAD ADJACENT TO MCCIELIAN RANΠPARK KNOON AS THE SIMMS
PROPERlY AND AUIHORIZING THE CITY ENGINEER TO SIGN THE PARCEL MAP
WHEREAS, there has been presented to the City Council for approval and
for authorization to record the parcel map of property located on
McClellan Road adjacent to McClellan :Ranch Park, known as the S:i1mns
Property;
NCM, 'I'HERE:ruRE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the parcel map herein referred to
is hereby approved and the City Engineer is hereby authorized to sign said
map and have it recorded.
