fication rather than any general amendment to the whole ordinance.

The Mayor stated the next oiv:er of business would be n report on
the acq.•isition of rights-of-way for Kig,4rAay 9. He asked G1ty Engineer
Fleming to review his repsr.t. The City Engineer outlined the property
that had been dedicated, There Is, however, he said, the properties
listed in the report that we are not going to be dedicated without
compensation to the owner. The County has t 1oceeded with eminent. demair
but is holding up serving until the City approves the coat as submitted
In the report.
The Council question the severance for Paviso and Baer and asked
If the amount listed was sufficient. The City Engineer stated that all
of the figures in the report had been givan to hits by the County Right
of Way Department and he presumed that they were correct.
Councilman Pelosi shoved twat the prices submitted in the report
prepared by the City Engineer for acquisit,on of properties on Highway
9 be approved and forwarded t^ the Co-unty scight of Way Department with
a letter of Transmittal From the City Manager. Secoivled by Councilman
