WHEREAS, David I-Hwa Yang, Jon-Fwu and SUi-arlng Kc Hwu have executed
a "Quitclaim Deed and Authorization" , which is in good and sufficient
fOl11l, quitclaiming all their rights in and authorizing the city of
CUpertino, County of Santa Clara, state of California, to extract water
frcan the urrlergrourxi basin, urñerlyin;J that certain real prq;¡erty situate
in the City of CUpertino, more particularly described in the attached
Exhibit "A" and Exhibit "B", as follows:
All that certain real property situate in the city of
CUpertino, County of Santa Clara, state of California,
as shown on the attached plat and description.
NCM, 'lHEREroRE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City of CUpertino accept said
"Quitclaim Deed and Authorization" so terx1ered; and
IT IS FURI'HER RESOLVED that the City Clerk be and is hereby authorized
to record said "Quitclaim Deed and Authorization" and this Resolution.

County Records; thence along said line of Olive Street South 89
