Bikes for students in need & student volunteer opportunities
What is BikeX.org?
• We take in bike donations from families like yours, refurbish them, and donate
them to those in need - both to students and adults.
• Bikes provide essential transportation to work, education and health care ,
along with exercise .
• We train volunteers in the art ofbicycle repair while refurbishing our bikes
• We sell high-end used bikes and new parts and accessories to cover operating
costs.
• We 're in Palo Alto down by the Bay. We 've been donating bikes since 1993 .
