WHEREAS, there has been presented to the City Council for aw=val of

City Attorney;

hereby awroved.
b. ihe offer of dedication for street areas an:i all easements is
hereby accepted.
c. ihe City Engineer is hereby authorized to sign said iItprovement
plans.
d. ihe city Engineer an:i the City Clerk are hereby authorized to
sign said parcel map an:i have it recorded.
e. ihe Mayor an:i the City Clerk are hereby authorized to execute the
agreement herein referred to.
