OORNER OF OORDOVA ROAD AND MERCEDES ROAD
WHEREAS, there has been submitted to the staff a lot line adjustment
between Am 342-22-48 (Enfantino) and Am 342-22-56 (SChmit); and more
partia.ùarly descr:ilie:ì in the attached E>àúbits "A" and "B"; and
WHEREAS, the City staff has reviewed the adjustment to see if a parcel
map is required; and
WHEREAS, in acoordanc:e with Section 66412(d) of the SUbdivision Map
Act this adjustment may be made without filin;¡- a parcel map;
NCM, 'lHEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Co\mcil of the City of
CUpertino hereby approves the aforementioned lot line adjustment and
exempts it from the requirements of the parcel map.

Recorder .
