described in Exhibit "A" and Exhibit "B", attached hereto and made a part
hereof:
All that certain real property situate in the City of OJpertino,
County of Santa Clara, state of California, consisting of approxi-
mately 2,205 acres, located at Cristo Ref DrivejRcute 280 and st,
Joseph Avenue,
NCM, ~u1<B, BE IT RESOLVED that the city of CUpertino accept said
Grant so tendered; and
IT IS FURIHER RESOLVED that the city Clerk is hereby authorized to
record said Grant of Easement and this Resolution,

Being a portion of that certain parcel of land of the Roman Catholic
Bishop of San Jose, Saint Joseph's Seminary designated as "APN 342-
5-63 after Lot Line Adjustment" in that certain Reso 1 ut i on No. 6896
recorded August 19, 1986 in Book J811, Page 1614 of Official Records,
Series 8909759, Santa' Clara County Records; and being an easement
15.00 feet in width for water line purposes;
Beginning at the most southeasterly corner of aforesaid parcel; thence
along the southerly line of said parcel, South 81'11'40" West 598.29
feet to an angle point in said 1 ine; thence perpendicular to and
leaving last said Southerly line North 08·48'20" West 15.00 feet;
thence parallel to last said southerly line North 81'11'40" East
591.46 feet to a point in the westerly line of the second described
parcel of land in Book J811 Page 1614 (APN 342-5-64 after lot line
adjustment); thence southerly along said westerly line South 33'17'17"
East 16.48 feet returning to the Point of Beginning.
