WHEREAS, Forum Lifecare, Inc" an Indiana Corporation, and the Raman
Catholic Bishop of San Jose, A California Corporation Sole, Grantor, have
executed a Grant of Easement which is in good and sufficient form,
conveyÙJ3' to the City of OoJpertino, Grantee, an easement for storm drain
purposes over the property situate in the city of CUpertino, County of
santa Clara, state of California, more particularly described in Exhibit
"A" and Exhibit "B", attached hereto and made a part hereof:
All that certain real property situate in the City of OoJpertino
County of santa Clara, state of California, consisting of approxiInately
0.19 acre, located at cristo Ray DrivejRDute 280 and st, Joseph Avenue
NCM, 'IHEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City of CUpertino accept said
Grant so tendered¡ and
IT IS FORIHER RESOLVED that the City Clerk is hereby authorized to
record said Grant of Easement and this Resolution,
PASSED AND ADOPl'ED at a regular meetiIr;J of the city Council of the
city of OoJpertino this 7th day of May , 1990, by the

Situate in the City of Cupertino, County of Santa Clara, State of
California and described as follows:
Being a portion of that certain 54.04 acre tract of land described in
Exhibit "A" in the Ground Lease of Forum Lifecare, Inc., filed for
record December 11, 1987 in Book K387, page 1708 of Official Records,
Series 9536539, Santa Clara County Records and being more particularly
described as follows:

An easement for storm drain purposes described as;
Beginning at a point lying on that certain line described as South
33'17'17" East 1392.84 feet in said Exhibit "A", and being distant
thereon South 33"17'17" East 148.13 feet from the beginning of said

Thence leaving last said line, North 19"05'52" West 26.59 feet;
Thence North 00"07'25" West 13.51 feet;
Thence perpendicular to last said line, North 89"52'35" East 5.00
feet;

Parcel B
A 10.00 feet wide easement for storm drain purposes lying 5.00 feet
on each side of the following described line;
Beginning at the aforementioned Point "A" as designated in Parcel A
above thence proceeding along the following seven (7) numbered
courses:
(1) North 00'07'25" East 194.79 feet,
(2) North 64'39'52" East 98.15 feet,
(3) North 00'00'01" West 242.29 feet,
(4) North 72'53'12" West 81.70 feet,
(5) North 26'24'04" West 77.43 feet,
(6) North 27'15'16" West 72.30 feet, and
(7) North 01'29'01" East 45.46 feet to a poing lying at the
