Catholic Bishop of San Jose, a California Corporation Sole, Grantors, have
executed a Grant of Easement which is in good and sufficient form,
conveying to the City of CUpertino, Grantee, an easement for storm drain
purposes over the property situate in the city of CUpertino, County of
Santa Clara, state of California, nv:>re particularly described in Exhibit
"A" and Exhibit "B", attached hereto and made a part hereof:
All that certain real property situate in the city of CUpertino,
County of Santa Clara, state of California, consisting of approxi-
mately 0,001 acre, located at cristo Rei DrivejRcute 280 and st,
Joseph Avenue,
NCM, 'IHEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the city of CUpertino accept said
Grant so tendered; and
IT IS FURI'HER RESOLVED that the City Clerk is hereby authorized to
record said Grant of Easement and this Resolution,

SITUATE in the City of Cupertino, County of Santa Clara, State of
California and described as follows:
BEING a portion of that certain parcel of land of the Roman Catholic
Bishop of San Jose, Saint Joseph's Seminary designated as "APN
342-5-63 after Lot Line Adjustment" in that certain Resolution No.
6896 recorded August 19, 1986 in Book J811, page 1614 of Official
Records, Series 8909759, Santa Clara County Records which portion is
more particularly described as follows:
BEING a strip of land of uniform width of 10.00 feet by perpendicular
measurement the centerline of which is more particularly described as
f 011 ows :
COMMENCING at an angle point in the general westerly line of that
certain 54.04 acre tract of land described in Exhibit "A" in the
Ground Lease of Forum Lifecare, Inc. recorded December 11, 1987 in
Book K387, page 1708 of Official Records, Series 9536539, Santa Clara
County Records, said angle point lying in the centerline of the paved
roadway 1 eadi ng to Saint Joseph's Semi nary (as said centerli ne is
called in aforesaid Exhibit "A") at the northwesterly terminus of
that certain course in aforesaid general westerly line having a
bearing and distance of North 65' 58' 47" West 40.87 feet;
THENCE South 05' 02' 20" West 44.00 feet along last said centerline
and general westerly line of aforesaid 54.04 acre tract to a point;
THENCE leaving last said centerline and general westerly line North
61' 57' 40" West 27.16 feet to a point lying in the westerly line of
that certain 25.00 foot wide ingress, egress and roadway easement
described in Exhibit "C" of the aforesaid Ground Lease for Forum
Lifecare, Inc., last said point being the TRUE POINT OF BEGINNING of
the centerline being described by this document;
THENCE leaving last said lines and TRUE POINT OF BEGINNING North 61'
57' 40" West 5.56 feet to a point lying on the easterly line of that
certain that certain 19.669 acre tract of land described as "Parcel
2" in the Grant Deed recorded January 19, 1981 in Book F858, page 38
in the Official Records of Santa Clara County, State of California,
said point being the terminus of the described centerline.

necessary so as to begin at aforesaid westerly line of the 25.00 foot

(F858 a.R. 38).
