A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CUPERTINO
ACCEPTING GRANT OF EASEMENT FOR ROADWAY PURPOSES FROM
ORCHARD COURT ASSOCIATES, A JOINT VENTURE, COMPOSED OF
GUZMAN CONSTRUCTION CO., A CALIFORNIA CORPORATION, AND
ALAN STOCKLMEIR; CONSISTING OF APPROXIMATELY 0.0115 ACRES
LOCATED ON ORCHARD COURT
WHEREAS, there has been executed a Grant of Easement for Roadway
Purposes which is in good and suf-
ficient form granting to the City of Cupertino, County of Santa Clara, State
of Calfornia, easement over certain real property for Roadway
purposes, situate in the City of Cuper-
tino, more particularly described in Exhibit "A" and Exhibit "B", attached
hereto and made a part hereof.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the City of Cupertino accept said
grant so tendered; and
IT IS FURTHER RESOLVED, that the City Clerk be and he is hereby authorized
to record said dedication and this Resolution.
PASSED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the City Council of the City
of Cupertino this 6th day of August 1979, by the following vote:

All that real property situate in the City of Cupertino, County of Santa Clara,
State of California, more particularly described as follows:
The northerly five (5) feet of Lot 2, as said Lot is shown on that certain
map entitled, "Map of Russellhurst, Monta Vista" as filed for record in volume
P of Mapg at Page 22, Santa Clara County Records; said northerly five (5) feet
being more particularly described as follows: Beginning at the most north-
westerly corner of said Lot 2, being the southerly line of Orchard Court as
shown on said map, thence, leaving said northwesterly corner, along said
southerly line of Orchard Court, S 89035' E. 100.12 feet to the most north-
easterly corner of said Lot 2, thence, leaving the southerly line of Orchard
Court, along the common line between Lots 2 and 1 as shown on said map, South
5.00 feet; thence, leaving said common line of Lots 2 and 1, along a line_,,,__;
parallel to and distant southerly, measured at right angles, 5.00 feet from
said southerly line of Orchard Court, N. 89!35' W. 100.12 feet to a point in
the common line of Lots 2 and 3 as shown on said map; thence, leaving said
parallel line, along said common line of Lots 2 and 3, North 5.00 feet to the
point of beginning, containing 0.0115 acres, more or less.
