WHERFA';, there has been presented to the City Council for approval and
for authorization to record final map of Tract No, 8297 located on vista
Drive shewing certain avenues, drives, places, and roads by James H, Sisk;
and
WHERFA';, there has been presented to the City Council a proposed
agreement for the construction of streets, curbs, and gutters, and for
other inq:>rovements, and good and sufficient bonds, fees, and deposits as
set forth in Exhibit "A" having been presented for the faithful
performance of said work and the carrying; out of said agreement; and said
map, agreement, and bonds having been approved by the city Attorney;
NCM, 'IHEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED iHAT:
a, Said final map and inq:>rovement plans of Tract No, 8297, be and
the same is hereby approved,
b, '!he offer of dedication for roadway and for easements is hereby
accepted,
c, '!he City Engineer and the city Clerk are hereby authorized to
sign said final map,
d, '!he city Engineer is hereby authorized to sign the inq:>rovement
plan,
e, '!he Mayor and the City Clerk are hereby authorized to execute the
agreement herein referred to,
