AU'I'HORIZING EXECUI'ION OF J.JtOJ:'=OU AGREEMENT WI'IH
'lUNG PING æANG AND LINDA L, CHANG FOR '!HE
IMPROVEMENT OF F'RONT1\GE AIDNG l0408 ORANGE AVENUE
WHEREAS, there has been presented to the city council an agreement for
the inq:>rovement of the street frontage alon; ' 10408 oran::Je Avenue on a
deferred basis by 'l\Jn;J P:!n1 0Jang and Lima L, 0Jang; and
WHEREAS, the aforementioned agreement is to supersede agreement
approved by the council on Sept-her 18, 1989, Resolution No, 7937, and
WHEREAS, said proposed deferred agreement contains provisions for the
construction of streets, curl:JS, gutters, sidewalks, and for other
inq:>rovement within a period of five (5) years and six (6) months from the
date of execution of said agreement; and said agreement having been
approved by the City Attorney;
NCM, ~U<E, BE IT RESOLVED that the aforementioned agreement is
hereby approved; and the City En;Jineer is hereby authorized to sign the
final plans when presented by the developer; and the Mayor and the City
Clerk are hereby authorized to execute the agreement herein referred to in
behalf of the City of CUpertino,
IT IS FURI'HER RESOLVED that the City Clerk is hereby authorized to
have said agreement recorded with the Santa Clara County Recorder,
PASSED AND ADOPl'ED at a
