FIXING'IHE EMPlOYER'S OONI'RIamCN UNDER 'IHE MEYERS-
GEDDES STATE EMPlOYEES MEDICAL AND HœPITAL CARE A.C:r
WHEREAS, the Government code Section 22825,6 provides that a
local agency contracting under the Meyers-Q!ddP.s state Enployees'
Medical and Hospital Care Act shall fix the a=unt of the
enployer's =ntribution at an a=unt not less than the a=unt
required under Section 22825 of the Act; and
WHEREAS, the city of 0Ipert.in0 is a local agency contracting
under the Act;
NCM, 'IHEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the enployer's
=ntribution for each enployee/anrnritant shall be the æoount
ne=ssary to pay the cost of hisjher enrollment, including the
enrollment of hisjher family members, in a health benefit plan or
plans, up to a maximum of
